Honestly, I've had no football on except for a few seconds today, I'm sure you'll understand. laugh.gif I will have the Eagles-Giants on later. I know the Bills won, so I'm happy for blueraider.

Guess I'll have to change my prediction for the Bills to 1-15 laugh.gif

Trent Edwards and Marshawn Lynch lead the team to victory.

I forgot all about football until I finally got back home from the basebal gamel. So at least I have the Sunday night game to watch. The bad news for the Eagles is they have several key players out so it may not a pretty sight for me to watch tonight.

My pics are so far off for this week that I am ashamed... HAHAHA

Jesus Cristos!!! Westbrook being out was huge because he's such a huge part of the offense and they knew Philly was going to have to throw, throw, throw. The Eagles offensive line couldn't protect Donovan for SHIT!! An NFL record tied for sacks allowed tonight is ridiculous! The bye week couldn't have come at a better time because the Eagles need to heal up and come back ready to play some ball. This is ridiculous.

I can only think the Eagles offensive line was hung over celebrating the Phils' NL East title. Otherwise they have no excuse for such a disgraceful performance. And all those penalties. Post game analysts are saying it was a terribly coached game and that there was no intensity. Defense played well, again.

With Dallas at 4-0, the 1-3 Eagles will need serious help to win the division. They can still end up with the wild card. Then again, look at what happened in baseball...

Poll question on www.comcastsportsnet.com:
Who will win more games the rest of the year?
A. Phillies
B. Eagles

Look, just be glad you're not a Rams fan. Even the damned Arizona Cardinals won today, over Pittsburgh!

The Rams are so bad I don't think it's inconceivable that they could run the table in reverse, and go 0-16. Who's left on their schedule that they can they defeat?

They have no offense, no defense, no special team play, and Jeff Wilkins is kicking like he's at the end of his career.

39 points so far. New Orleans has 38 but they didn't play this week. The Rams and their coaching staff are so horrible they induce nausea. None of them deserve to collect a paycheck.

Speaking of that Steelers loss at the hands of their former Offensive Coordinator.... mad.gif

Seriously, both offense and defense were atrocious. Sure, we were without Hines Ward and Troy Polamalu, but using their absence as an excuse is pointless. Ben made some critical thinking errors (throwing into double coverage and making some harebrained pitches to Wille Parker) and Whisenhunt had his D-Line stacked against the run, forcing Ben to throw. Santonio Holmes had a career day, with six catches for 128 yards and 2 scores. Unfortunately, when our offense relies solely on our passing game, we end up losing.

Our defense also allowed the Cardinals to march up and down the field at will. We kept our <100-yard-rushing streak intact, but Edgerrin James still managed to score a touchdown. Our punt return coverage allowed Arizona to have a TD return for the first time in fourteen years. It was an all-around mess. I just hope we get it together before Seattle comes to town for a Superbowl XL rematch.... unsure.gif

I feel bad for Marc Bulger. Marcx just signed the huge contract as the Rams thought this was their year. However, everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. The defense is awful. The All Pro RB goes down. The OL isn't giving him protection. in ther pocket.

At least my Browns are showing signs of life 2-2. Woo hooo!
