Linda DeHaan has written a delightful children's book called KING AND KING. It is a fairy tale story about two young kings who fall in love. The religous right is attempting to get the book banned at public libraries and school libraries. Advocates for removing the book include BILL O'REILLY. I have read the book and it is quite sweet and innocent. Children reading this book would be exposed to a positive image of gay people.

If you haven't seen this book then check it out at a library sometime. I like to keep up to date with books targeted by the far right.
