I can't go I'm playing a USTA match tomorrow night. But I am playing the Liberty Open!

You totally should join MTG, B Man. If you love to play tennis anywhere near as much as you love to discuss it with us, I think you'd really enjoy the group. MTG has grown quite a bit over the last few years ... we've got some great members, nice people, a good set of heads on the Board (no comment from the peanut gallery), and a wide range of ability levels in terms of players. MTG really is one of the biggest, best parts of my life these days. I can't say enough good things about the group.

Well, Gaga, for starters you and shore and I should hang out some time. Watch a match. Have breakfast at Wimbledon.

But YES, I do want to play. Need to get tennis fit, though. But I do love to hit. Gimme a shout this spring/summer if you want to jaunt out to Williamsburg. There are some courts. Of course, if you've got a club/access to courts, I can pop into Manhattan...

I've been an MTG member for several years. As G4G says, it is a lot of fun. And you don't have to get into tennis shape, B Man, the membership really comes in all sizes and ability levels.

I like your Breakfast at Wimbledon idea - I'd definitely meet up for that, or even host it. Chelsea's beautiful early in the morning - you can watch the muscle boys staggering home from the Roxy.

But I would go to Muggs, assuming they're open for breakfast at Wimbly... In fact, I think Muggs would be great place to watch a final.
