I understand that the NAGAAA Winter meeting suspended LB/OC Blue Dot [B] for a year and fined them $500, but did not suspend LB/OC Sharks [C], and only fined them $100. The LB/OC League paid the fines, whereupon both teams moved to the LA League!!

Anybody have any further info?
