I have really been getting into Star Trek: Voyager in syndication on SPIKE TV.
Capt. Janeway is so intense and bitchy...I love it!
It is almost as if she was born to play that role.

My partner loves Star Trek...he's seen every episode of Voyager, but he still records the repeats and watches them multiple times. Seven of Nine is his favorite. I'm pretty sure he would leave me for her. He's sick and needs help.
At least his best friend is as much of a ST nerd as he is...so, I don't have to feign interest to satisfy him.

As do I. And Sci-Fi has "Enterprise" on every Monday nights too.

Ditto to the bold above. I also love Capt. Janeway though. I is a nerd I guess.
...The episodes w/ The Borg are the bomb!

I recently saw an episode entitled "Think Tank."
Jason Alexander plays Kurros, an intelligent alien who is part of a group of intelligent beings who act as arbitrators in disputes.
I loved Jason in this episode. He had this really superior attitude and smirk look on his face in every scene. It was so funny.
I think I would love him in just about anything.
I remember seeing him in "Love, Valour, Compassion", a movie from 1997. He was so funny in that movie.

If I'm home when Voyager comes on, I'll sit and watch
Janeway is a very close second for my favorite Star Trek captain
I was bummed when they cancelled the show

I just saw what is now one of my favorite episodes.
The episode is titled "Prototype."
Torres saves a damaged robot that eventually kidnaps her and demands that she make more like him or he and the other robots on his ship threaten to destory Voyager.
The robots weapons systems are superior to Voyager, but Voyager's warp and transporter technology put the robots to a bit of a disadvantage.
Torres compares the robots to "Data" from The Next Generation.
The robots are eventually attacked by a rival group of robots which causes a distraction and Voyager then transports Torres back to the ship and uses it's warp engines to get the hell out of there.
I think that it is interesting that before Seven of Nine, several characters or members of the crew served as the "science" officers. Those characters include Harry Kim, Tuvok, the Doctor, Torres, Tes, and even the captain herself.
