My company just moved me from Ohio to San Francisco and I'm wondering where to go to watch sports? (especially a great Monday Night Football crowd). Are there any cool gay sports bars? Any suggestions?

Welcome to San Francisco.

Check out the Pilsner Inn on Church, near Market. Last time I was there, which was last summer, they had a baseball game on all the TV monitors.

Also, the Mix, which is on 18th near Castro, has a reputation as being a football fan's bar and showing NFL games.

For places to live, friends have recently found apartments or shares on craigslist.org, so visit that site for leads.

During football season, the Cinch at 1723 Polk Street has large screen for 49-er games. They also televise all the Giants games during baseball season. It's a great neighborhood bar as well.
