Sure, we always hear all about the gay hockey teams in NYC, Boston, Colorado and at least a half dozen others. And I've no doubt they play some great hockey out there, too. But what about Hockeytown? Yes, that's right, Detroit! Surely I'm not the only hockey fan in the entire tri-county area, am I? I've looked through a few websites but so far acording to them, there's no gay hockey in Detroit. Could this be true? Now, I'm not able to play anymore because of medical reasons, but I'd love to be in the stands and watch if I can. Hell even if I'm talking pick-up or drop-in hockey, I WANNA WATCH! And ESPECIALLY if it's in the Downriver area, because that's where I'm at.
