How long will it take for your gym to get back to normal? I have to go at 5:00 am just to get a good workout in with the extra New Year resolution makers.

My guess is give the newbies a few weeks, and then we'll see how many stick with it and stuff. I noticed a few new faces this morning where I go. January for obvious reasons is when new membership peaks. And I am seeing lots of commercials locally for gym membership specials and new gyms and stuff.

Oh yeah...I've seen a lot of people out running lately too, even with sub-freezing temperatures and biting winds. The Y was packed today too - give em a week or two, they'll be back in front of the TV with a pint of ice cream tongue.gif

I've been running outside in the cold and rain and doing in-apartment exercises--it's actually more fun so far. Don't really want to venture in among the throngs just yet.
