Boy, did I get a surprise when some of the OutSports guys came to Minneapolis for the Eagles game. Obviously, you know who won.

Anyway ... I have three pics from that weekend. The one I wanted the most to have was a group pic, but the photographer who took it SUCKED and it looked like all of us were running about 99 mph, so it didn't turn out at all.

I'm glad I got to hang w/ these guys and it was fun to watch the Mpls boys react around them.

The hat and boa belong to Monte. He would kill anyone who tried to steal them.

That WAS a fun weekend.

Anyone can run at 99 miles an hour. It just takes teamwork.

It was so much fun and finally wonderful to see what everyone looks like in person.

MDG and I were talking to a couple of guys and one just HATED ME. He was completely drunk off his flat ass, but MAN ... He asked me, "What are YOU doing here?" I laughed at him. He was a riot!

Actually, I wish you guys were in Mpls more often. I hate to admit it, but I miss you guys.

It's always a fun time when the boys get together. Although we did miss Chilly & Blueraider. At least I remained nice & dry....so thanks for not showing up Chill!

And it was nice meeting Allen. Sunday at the Eagle was a blast. Who knew they had showtunes night at an Eagle? Yes, kids, you can have your beer and Liza too.

I hope to meet more of you in the future.

There was a time when it looked like the Eagles and Vikings would play again in Minnesota in 2008. Then the Vikings went and made a playoff run and spoiled that plan.

I'm thinking of getting away for a long weekend when my birthday comes around in April. Everyone's invited.

When I went to Minnehaha last May, I liked it. I loved the Eagle. That open back patio was cool. And the Sunday Showtunes was fun.

I just still remember the hunky beefy bartender!!! WOOF!

I stand by my invitation. There may be certain individuals for whom I cannot guarantee they'd enjoy the experience of meeting me, though. I'm thinking of South Florida for my trip...

While I have donned a boa or two in my day, this particular boa was not mine. Allen did indeed borrow it from me but I had borrowed it from another Outsports Vikes fan.
