Ian Poulter, the golfer who is best known for his wacky (even by golf standards) pants is doing some trash talking by saying that when he hits his potential, it will be him and Tiger and then everyone else. he also boldly predicts that he will win the US Open. This is a guy who has never won a golf tournament.
