SUBSIDIZED REGISTRATIONS

To take advantage of subsidized registration, you MUST use one of your club's unique registration codes. Registrations using invalid codes will be considered incomplete until a valid code is provided. Please see your team's Bingham Cup coordinator to receive one of your club's unique registration codes.

As a reminder, clubs must advise their Bingham Cup Organizing Committee liaison of the following information prior to receiving their subsidized registration codes. Not all questions apply to each club; please answer each question as best you can, to help us plan a great tournament.

1) Does your club plan on attending the 2006 Bingham Cup? If so, how many FULL teams will you be bringing?

2) What division (or divisions) will you be playing in?

3) If you are bringing a partial team, will you be merging with another team to form one larger team and, if so, in which division do you plan to compete?

4) If you are bringing a partial team and NOT merging with another team, how many players do you anticipate on sending to the tournament?

You may send this information to your region's liaison at the addresses listed below:

Region 1 -- Europe
Chris Callahan (region1@bc06.com)

Region 2 -- North America East and Central

HOTELS

If you have not reserved your rooms at the Roosevelt Hotel, the official hotel of the 2006 Bingham Cup, we encourage you to do so immediately. Space is starting to fill up and we expect to be sold out prior to the start of competition.

You can make your reservation there by going to their website at http://www.theroosevelthotel.com/Reservations/ and using promo code BINGHAM to get our special rate. The cost is $195/night for a single or double reservation and $205/night for triple or quadruple occupancy.

eDIRP.com is on hand to assist players in booking their hotel rooms at the Roosevelt Hotel or another hotel of their choice as well as booking group travel rates to New York City. You can contact them 1-888-EDIRP-EZ (1-888-334-7739) or (214) 520-0345.

Hosted housing requests will begin in January 2006 and we will do our best to accommodate everyone. Additionally, if you are travelling on your own, are looking to stay at the Roosevelt Hotel, and want to save on costs by sharing a room with someone, we will have a message board available in early 2006 that will allow you to post such requests.

We look forward to seeing you in New York City next year for a truly excellent rugby tournament. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Regards,

The 2006 Bingham Cup Organizing Committee
