Actually, Chris Paul never takes off his shirt. He has a severe case of psoriasis that, while not life-threatening, looks really disgusting. He's very embarassed by it. He's told friends that every time he's tried to lose his virginity, when the young woman he's with sees his torso she freaks out and then leaves. Sadly, even with all the advances in modern medicine and technology, there is no cure. That's why, in fact, it's referred to as "The Heartbreak of Psoriasis."
