To my Auburn and SEC Outsports brethren:

Auburn (#10) plays at Georgia Tech (#1) on Tuesday, March 18th. Game time is 7pm. Jocks and Jills 10th Street is having a happy hour buffet for the Atlanta Auburn Club from 5:30pm on, and they have free shuttle service over to the game. If anyone is interested, email me (addy in profile) and I’ll send you my cell phone number so we can meet up at the game (or happy hour) and maybe have a small Outsports contingent there. Should be a great night of quality college baseball (and OK, quality college boys too).

Game tickets are $4 and can be bought at the game.

Auburn lost to Tech this past Tuesday night in Auburn, 4-2. We had the 5th largest ever crowd at Plainsman Park (recently voted the Top College Ballpark by Baseball America) and the largest ever for a midweek game. Hopefully we can give the Tigers a good home crowd advantage this Tuesday in Atlanta too!

Please pass this info on to any and all Atlanta Auburn folks you might know.

The #11 AU Tigers beat the #2 Tech Yellow Jackers last night in an exciting game, 7-5. Auburn led 6-zip in the top of the 4th, and held on for dear life the rest of the way. Great game! Great butts! Life is good.

War Damn Eagle!

ATLJock, did y'all have a big crowd at Jock n Jills? Heard the score last night, kind of takes the sting out of the 4-2 loss to Tech in Auburn a couple of weeks ago.

Only about 30 at Jocks and Jills, but I'm glad we did it. I want to let people know it's an overflow (from the Bucket Shop) watching place for the football Tigers too. I was hoping for more at J&J's, but it was a dreary day, misting out (not quite raining) and that probably made people wait till the last minute before deciding to do the game or not. The misting stopped by the 2nd inning or so. Probably 300 or so AU folks at the game, and we were plenty loud and annoying to the Tech people. We sang "War Eagle" for the 7th inning stretch while the Techies just sat there.
