While the website is a great idea, and will be helpful, I am starting to worry. Obama seems to be letting the
GOP and McCain define the campaign right now. He needs to get out, start talking policy, and countering the inane mumblings of the old man and his cronies, including plastic woman herself.

Not to worry too much Lk. He is getting out and talking policy and responding to McBush daily. Yesterday he was quick to counter and attack both Bush and McBush over the request by Bush to allow off coast oil drilling again. Obama said that would not solve our problem. It won't. I heard estimates today where even if we did allow oil drilling off coast it would take years to come online, wouldn't help much with the cost of gas, AND it would only be about a 2 1/2 year supply at best. What we need to do, and Barack knows this is, to get heavy investment in alternative energy sources NOW, not a year later, or after the worlds oil supplies run dry! Barack is also showing he is not going to sit around like Kerry and wait to respond to attacks until its too late. I saw yesterday he was talking with foreign policy heads, and I noticed Gen. Wesley Clark was seated right next to him, the man that Lawrence O'Donnell of MSNBC said would be Obamas' V.P. pick....Hagel is also being mentioned, even though he is GOP, but he has taken many stances of late that align him with most Democrats, esp. as it relates to the Iraq quagmire.
