I guess thats the price one pays to post their comments that others obviously don't agree on. Too bad really. Thank you to my virus scan though the attempts were not successful...I would be curious if this has happened to anyone else????

Jim, I have had a similiar experience on another message board for a local sports team, on a couple of occasions. Fortunately my virus scan protection was able to stop all attacks there as well as here. I would say that when you go to post comments on a public message board and are putting yourself out there, there will always be some that don't go along with you, or your point of view, and some of those who may even wish to go so far as to try to cause you problems by trying to attack or screw up your computer. My virus scans twice today, on this board said "you have been protected by attempts to attack your computer." George, I am not implying anything other than I was notifed by my computer protection, that two attacks on my computer on Outsports were failures.

I still don't understand...sorry if I'm being a bit daft. So your virus protection tells you that something from Outsports tried to attack your computer?

I've been getting the same message but not from Outsports... rather it's been while on YouTube...

Just received notice of another attempted attack this morning..a few minutes ago.whoever is attempting this is diligent. I will grant them that...they haven't given up yet. I have the address of where they are coming from...
