Looking for information on the Gay Games sailing format, as I'd like to compete in 2010 and the site doesn't post boat information. Any beta from previous Games would be much appreciated.

What are the classes? Are these dingy events? Jboats? Is there a fleet available for leasing onsite or do competitors have to round up and transport their own boats?

Also, it looks like these are team entries. Any idea if there is usually a crew bank for those without a team?

Any insight is appreciated.

There will be more details on the Games-Cologne.com website later I'm sure. But just saw lots of details from the Chicago Gay Games at www.gaygameschicago.org (select "Sports" and then "Sailing"). They might not be identical, but you can get the idea. Chicago had a "team matchmaking service" that can help you find a team.
