I think they've done this seven years too late. I have no idea why they brought someone in with NO front office experience in the first place. Hopefully, whomever they hire to replace Millen will turn this franchise around.

Was he sleeping with the team owner or something? How did he not get fired many many years ago?

I would kill for the kind of job security Millen had at Detroit.
