If they weren't already, the Oakland Raider organization has proven they are the complete and utter laughingstock of professional sports.

To his credit, despite going 5-15 Lane Kiffin made the Raiders a whole lot more competitive.

He handled the nightmare that was the Raiders organization with class and good humor throughout.
