Did anyone else see this interview?

I thought that she came off very well in a few different areas especially appearing to not be affected around Palins comments about her husbands associations.

I like that she was respectful to Hillary Clinton and to Bill as well.

She was also dismissive of the pundits and pollsters and brought the focus back to "people on the ground" and their needs.

I have a gut feeling about her and I like the way my guts feels. I think that she would work on issues and stay focused on her and her husbands visions to really make the world a better place.

I like the fact that she adores her husband and calls him cute and seems to be weak in the knees.

I am definitely voting for Obama (and Michelle) !

Love her like mad. She's like a shining light in this whole mess. She's intelligent, gracious, very present and conscious of what she says without ever feeling phony, rehearsed, or on automatic. She keeps her eye on the right stuff and lets the mud fly past. I despise that the little wench from the View got away with saying something about Michelle having something to hide after she appeared on the show; make Elizabeth explain the crap that comes out of her mouth. Hasselbeck is like Bush: unaccountable.

I like that Michelle Obama jumped into discussing her role models so enthusiastically. And she mentioned Maya Angelou - a favorite of mine.

She handled "that" very well too.

QUOTE
When asked whether McCain's reference to Obama as "that one" was offensive, Michelle Obama simply said "No," adding that the issue has nothing to do with what's affecting average Americans hurting from the economic downturn.

"I think there are two conversations that have been going on throughout this whole election. There's the conversation that's been happening with the pundits ... and then there's the conversation that's been happening on the ground," she said.
