I view this as a very good sign, but its being reported that McCain totally blasted W. in some interview he recently gave to some newspaper. He blamed Bush for all the bad going on in the country right now, the defecits, the war in Iraq, the financial meltdown, etc. etc. etc. . This did not sit well with one reportedly senior member of the party ( Rove? ), who in kind, slammed McCain for NOT blaming the Democrats.......lets hope they just keep this up.

Yes because after 7 years and 10 months, McCain's finally had enough of the Bush policies. What a joke.
If we are to believe the new CBS News/New York Times poll out tonight, the race is over. It's Obama by 13% at 52 to 39. McCain receives only 38% of the vote among registered voters, and 39% among likely voters. Can you imagine a candidate polling in the 30s with only 12 days left in the campaign? The internals are even worse for McCain.
McCain's favorability rating: 39%
McCain's unfavorable rating: 46%
Obama's favorability rating: 52%
Obama's unfavorable rating: 31%
With Palin's favorable vs. unfavorable ratings at 31 favorable/40 unfavorable, CBS notes that this is the first time in the history of their presidential polling that both the presidential and VP picks on the same ticket were viewed unfavorably heading into election day. Also, the poll shows 95% of all people have made up their mind and say they will not change their vote.

I give McCain about a penny's worth of credit for finally blasting George W. Bush. It's 7 years too late, but hey, I guess it takes some people a while. Still, he shouldn't have picked a bad Bush clone as his VP running mate. Palin is starting to appear so stupid she makes George W. Bush look like a Nobel laureate.
Why in the freaking hell can't she grasp what the Vice President's Constitutional role is? It's not that hard to grasp, but she seems incapable of doing so. So blame George W. Bush all he wants, John McCain, but when it counted he voted with him, he threw whatever principles he had into the ash heap to kiss Bush's and Cheney's asses and maintain their power, and now it's coming back to haunt him. He just better hope he can even hold on to Arizona's electoral votes!
