It's actually hard to tell whether Romain is nude or not, thanks to that curious black rectagle covering his shorts(?)

But another pole vaulter from a neighbouring European country, Belgium, looks nude enough to me.
His name is Kevin Rans, and he poses for the Belgian Web Magazine called Humo The Wild Site.
