The New York Gay Football League, of which I am the commissioner, is having a bachelor auction to raise money in two weeks. Each bachelor will be a member of the league and will take the winning bidder on a fun date - could be a sporting event, could be a Broadway play, could be dinner - more details to come.

I will be one of the bachelors. I don't know what my date is going to be (working on a couple cool things), but I promise to get you your money's worth.

The event's at Splash (in Manhattan, 50 W 17th St (6th Ave)) from 8pm-10pm on Tuesday, November 15. So, come on out and bid lots of money on all of those hot gay jocks - including yours truly. The money will go to changing the lives of every gay man and lesbian who wants to be a part of this amazing league.

Here's a suggestion: You might make some extra cash auctioning off a few jock straps!

My date (dinner and Rangers-Penguins on Dec. 1) went for $600; and my football league made $8,500 for the night. Pretty amazing!

I would have been happy to get $200 for the league. $600 was WAY beyond what I had hoped for.

One guy pulled in $2,500. The rest were about the same. It was a TOTAL blast. This will definitely become an annual event.
