The hot Naked Cowboy is a ficture of NYC. He can be seen playing his guitar on the streets. And he did a famous PLAYGIRL centerfold a few years back showing his ample member. Now the Naked Cowboy is planning a run for mayor of NYC. I don't know if he's serious or if it's a publicity stunt. He's hot though. He autographed my PG magazine for me one time in NYC.
