Hey Ung,
I'd be happy to hit with you, but I am playing a local tourney this weekend and not sure when/if I'll lose out and be available.
But, every Saturday the local gay tennis league (ATTA) holds an Open Play at two different locations...one at Piedmont Park in downtown and one at Glenlake Tennis Center in Decatur. It is free to first time comers. It is only doubles though, but a great way to meet some really nice folks.
But if you want to contact me (email in profile), I can touch base with you this weekend to let you know if I become available (which I hope I don't).
GO MONICA!

I didn''t know if ATTA was still playing on the weekends considering it's winter. If they play @ Piedmont, that's cool. I'm just a few blocks away at the Four Seasons.
Do you know when they play on sat?
also if you get freed up, that'd be cool.

Open play at Piedmont is 2pm to 6pm, though people often show up a little earlier than 2pm. I just called to confirm they're having open play even though it's winter, and they are. I'm possibly getting up some doubles Saturday around 11am (want to be finished to watch AU-Florida basketball on at 2pm), so feel free to email me, Ung, if you have questions or might want to play doubles earlier. Either way, maybe I'll see you over at Piedmont Saturday.

Hey Ung,
Tennis at Piedmont is usually $2/hour. But for open play for ATTA, it is free if it is your first time. Otherwise, it is $4 for the day if you are a member and $7 for the day if you are a non-member.
The forecast is for PM rain here, which doesn't mean anything at the moment. My guess/hope is that it won't rain. The forecasters just like to tease us and cover their bases.
Unfortunately, I am not able to hit with you on Saturday. Sunday might be an option...not quite sure yet.
sorry Mon..... Sunday is the day that my BF and I spend watching the Sunday Morning News shows and political shows in bed. after wards we go eat and then I have to leave in the early afternoon.
But maybe next time I'm in town?
and ATLJock is that offer to hit earlier still ono
