This is kind of a silly story but true and even I am surprised at myself. After work, I decided to take my car to the dealership. I was hoping they would examine my front tire on the passenger side as it always seems to be a bit lower as far as air pressure is concerned. While I was discussing this with the young lady who works there,an extremely attractive gentleman walked up and asked her if the courtesy van driver could give him a ride back to his office. It turns out that the driver was on his last run and probably would not be back until closing time. It was pouring down rain and for some reason I blurted out "where are you headed?" He answered "Telegraph, not too far from Ann Arbor Trail" I took a big swallow of air and replied "I can give you a ride" As I said before, this gentleman was very nice looking but I would have done that for anyone considering the weather. I am very familiar with the area he needed to go to but today you would have thought I was from outer space. I missed 2 turns that I had taken a million times in the past and then I almost got side-swiped by a semi thanks to my being so giddy about having Mr. Gorgeous in my car. Anyway I got him to his destination safely and afterwards, I felt like such a goof-ball! I'm quite sure he was straight and I hope he didn't notice my school-girlish behavior! Embarassing!! rolleyes.gif

Thanks for the good laugh! He was probably thinking how lucky he was to have a hunk offering him a ride!!

Pouring down rain and no courtesy van? Yes, you were a hunk, especially in the eyes of the man needing a ride. I'm glad you are o.k., but remember, Ted Bundy was handsome too.

Well, considering the folks at the dealership were there when we had this conversation and know him quite well,by the way,I was fairly certain this was no "Ted Bundy"
