Read on the San Diego Gay and Lesbian Times site in a sports column that the Hillcrest Classic Basketball Tourney for January 2003 has been cancelled due to conflicting dates with the Super Bowl being played in San Diego the following week and the city reserving all the venues for other activities. This has turned into a "class" event and it's too bad that it's not happening this year, if that's true. Besides, a January getaway to Southern Cali is always a welcomed event....anyone know anything else about this?
