I saw a promo on CBC for this show recently, but it only just now dawned on me the gist of this show: it's Dancing with the Stars... on Ice! A male (former) hockey player and a female figure skater are paired up as a figure skating couple. (Not sure why they couldn't include a female hockey player and a male figure skater...)
The hosts will be Hockey Night in Canada's Ron McLean and Canadian figure skating star Kurt Browning.

They did that here in the states on FOX a couple of years ago...Skating with the Stars or something like that. It was a trainwreck!
