Tonight 9/16/09 free in Spike TV a rare treat is being offered to MMA fans. Not only Fight Night 19 is scheduled for this evening (8 PM EST) but also, right after, the premier of The Ultimate Fighter season 10. For Fight Night 19 the marquee fight is a battle between the always favorite Nate Diaz and Melvin Guillard. Several seasoned UFC fighters will also be included like Carlos Condit, Nate Quarry, Brock Larson, etc.

As far as TUF, I can't wait to see Kimbo Slice's contribution to this latest season.

Out of the 4 fights broadcast, the first 3 (Quarry vs Credeur , Condit vs Ellenberger , Maynard vs Huerta) were some of the best fights I've seen this year. The forth one (Diaz vs Guillard) Diaz showed once again his submission dominance.
