Anybody else see the Habs game vs. Maple Leafs Saturday night? It was great. Ended with a shoot-out, a
& the Habs I don't think have lost one in OT or shoot-out so far this year.

Anyway, I was just wondering wussup with those uniforms the Habs were wearing with the red white & bluie stripes. They looked more like convicts than hockey players! Anybody know why they weren't wearing the red jerseys they usually do for home games?

How about a throwback to a time when people actually had good taste? Or at least to a time when a uniform doesn't have to come with a disclaimer that it might do permanent retina damage.

See I didn't find any of the others that bad at all. Some were obviously better than others, but the only one that was truly retina scorching was those 1912-1913 ones.

I too watched the Habs-Leafs game and those Montreal uniforms were HORRIBLE! They may be retro to the 19-teens, but that's where they should stay. Wretched!

I found it hard to watch. The uniforms were a put off.
