Anyone else still watching "Ugly Betty?" This season's story lines have featured some intriguing twists. Interesting: Justin (Can I be any gayer?) denying that he's a Friend of Dorothy. Tiresome: Nico's muder-blackmail plot. Who cares about Nico? We just want to see the evil Wilhelmina at her wicked best. Boring: Daniel's foray into the self-help world to help him overcome his grief. Daniel's character just seems to be getting more and more boring.
Sorry to be more negative, but I'm not just feeling the same love vibe between Betty and Max as I did with her and Henry or Gio. She's too good for his weak ass.
And my final complaint? The lack of eye candy this season. In the past we had Santos, Henry, Eddie Cibrian and Freddy Rodriguez to drool over. Now, nada. What's up with that?
I'll still watch, though, because it's one of the few shows on TV or cable featuring a Latino family - and I need to support my people. Speaking of which, when is the damn "The View" going to get a Latina co-host?
Ok, I'm done bitching.

I watched the premiere 2 hour episode of Ugly Betty. I knew that when they moved it to Friday I'd have to watch it online, and I still haven't watched it online. I saw the very end of this past Friday's episode. I mean I'm just not at home on Friday nights 90% of the time. I wonder how the ratings are doing with that move to Friday.

I read somewhere that ABC is moving the show to Wednesdays, a much better night - unless it's up againt "Glee." Yeah, I also watch the show online. Just too much happening on Friday nights.

I also co-sign with you piernudo about a Latina voice being on The View. I mean come on...I can think of many Latina's I'd love to see up there and who would be able to more than hold their own and do the job. I mean I like the setup they have now, but if any one of those chicks is expendable its Sherri. As much as I can't stand Hasselbitch, the show needs that kind of perspective in order to have the great debates that they do. But yeah....can we get some Latina flavor up in there please?

The ratings have been miserable with the move to Friday. There was a rumor that the show would move to Wednesdays but that doesn't appear to be happening, from what I've read. If the show is going to end, I hope they get to go out with a great finish. The story this past week featuring Justin and his school's homecoming managed to be both inspiring and heartbreaking. Just amazing. Great writing and great acting.

Michael Urie (Marc) fans take note: he is performing in an off-Broadway play called
The Temperamentals about
The Mattachine Society, perhaps the first gay rights organization, founded in 1950, pre-Stonewall, pre-LGBT, pre-"gay" even.

Ashame this show is being canceled. It is one of my faves. I will admit that seasons 2 and 3 weren't as great as the first, but I still found them enjoyable enough to stay tuned and I was really enjoying this current season.

They did it again tonight. Unbelievably brilliant.
Exhilarating and heartbreaking all at once.

I'm glad I stayed up for last night's show! The situation with Justin and his friend was well done. Betty decking that guy was a good, but unexpected, twist, too.

This coming of age and acceptance of his sexual orientation with Justin has just been so awesome to watch. I think the show has done an incredible job with it. Him dancing with Austin at Hilda's wedding was so sweet. I'm so mad this show is ending now that its gotten pretty good.
And next week is the last episode!!!

The scene with Justin and Betty made me cry. (Dammit.)
And besides Justin's development, I love how they developed Marc so much beyond just being the bitchy assistant to Wilhelmina. All of the scenes with Marc and Justin, from the first season on, have been amazing.
