I voted against both the tennis players ... I am a shame to my people. Ferrero is no big deal - it surprises me he made the cut - but Moya is hot, hot, hot. Just not as hot as his competition! Yowza!

As for Jeremy Bloom, he is, after all, our defending champion so someone will need to snatch that tiara off his head! I guess it won't be Sergio or Dario Franchitti. NO matter..they won't win against Jeremy.

Ha! I don't think Franchitti and Garcia combined can defeat Bloom!

And for some reason, I'm seeing Landon as a man on a mission. If I remember correctly, he didn't do too well in the 2003 competition and got booted in the first round.

I don't know if there's a bug or something in the software, but after I voted and I went to view the results, the program listed Jeremy Bloom vs. Sergio Garcia (and gave Sergio 2 votes), when it should be that Franchetti guy?

I guess it really doesn't matter. Looks like it'll be Jeremy all the way!

Jeremy Bloom is nice to look at, but his whole whining crusade really turned me off. He got my vote this round, but when it comes to facing Simon Black or Michael Phelps...

Phelps can strut around in a skimpy speedo and can be a drinking buddy and Black has an Australian accent.

I've learned that Drew has a special appeal to some.....and to others nothing. Joey has more 'mainstream' looks, so I'd guess he'd win no matter what I did. And you know I have ammo........and it's not your ordinary ammo, it's high resolution butt ammo!

Right now the closest race in this bracket is 63-37 percent, and it's the only one where the lower seed is ahead (granted, it's the 8-9 seed). The favorites are kicking butt. I said kicking... wink

Well, it's Day 2 of the West Region and unless the fan clubs of Franchitti, Phelps, Moya, Ferrero, Fonoimoana, Okafor, McMurray and Garcia sign in and vote, this one's pretty much over.

The only race seems to be who will receive the highest vote total:
Bloom: 59
Donovan: 56
Michalak: 52

The fact that the board went down while the voting was still active could be a problem, except that none of the races were very close and the vote total was close to what it was in the other brackets. Somehow I don't think Jeremy Bloom was going to cough up a 64-4 lead anyway. wink

I just looked at the Markus Rogan pictures. He deserves a "wow", and the Tall Dark and Handsome award that I gave David Carr a few years back. I really liked the picture of him in the gray and red one piece with the top rolled down, and his the side shot of his booty. He has a cute ass.
