I feel for Mora. I for one, will miss his hot face. Had 3 years left on his contract. But I must not be the only one who had a bad taste in his mouth after this dreadful season. Reportedly the Hawks have lured USC's Pete Carroll back into Coaching. The deal hasn't been finalized yet, but this is what I have heard. They have no where to go but up that's for sure!

I wonder if they fired Mora knowing that Carroll would take the job? If Carroll hadn't given them some kind of hope of luring him away from USC, would the Seahawks have thought Mora did that bad a job to dump him after one year?

That, I don't know.....good questions. I did just see a web headline that said its no done deal.....yet with Carroll.....will wait and see now. Mora said he wasn't bitter, just majorly disappointed. Said he thought he could turn the Hawks around. Personally, I wasn't totally convinced of that. Like Mora though. Much better than Holmgren, for SURE!

I'm okay with the Pete Carroll hire. We weren't doing much with Mora anyway and it was time for a change.

He looks hotter as a studio analyst, in a business suit, on the NFL Network.
