I have yet to see it. I'm pretty sure I'd cringe through the whole thing. It's too bad Rafa didn't do it when he was still buff and not emaciated like now, or when he was at the top of his game, although I guess he's smart for lining up a Plan B now that his career is in free-fall.

Still, I think it's kind of cool. For one, I like that he's 'keeping it in the family' by starring with the Latin American Shakira; Spaniards tend to be snobby about it, but there is a real kinship there (which you can see on the tennis tour between the South Americans and Spaniards as they buddy around a lot). Plus she's got credibility as a bona fide international superstar - I remember the stir she caused when performing at the 2006 World Cup opening ceremonies - so at least it wasn't some random Eurotrash pop singer. I've also seen several references to Nadal starring in the video online, in quarters where tennis is rarely if ever mentioned, so it adds some visibility to the sport as people want to find out more about him and why he's famous. Seems like a win-win.
