Ann Arbor will be rocking with a red, white and blue New Year's day celebration when 100,000+ hockey fans invade for Toronto vs Detroit in next season's Winter Classic. Red of course the colour of the Red Wings and their fans, White for the ice and Blue for the Leafs and their fans who will be there in HUGE numbers. In spite of there being over 100,000 tickets available look for this thing to sell-out in minutes once tickets are made available.

With it being almost impossible to get tickets to see them play at the ACC Leafs fans travel anywhere and pay any price to see their beloved Buds play. Over half the crowd in Ottawa last Saturday were cheering for the Leafs and it is like that when Leafs play in Buffalo too. And there are always thousands of Leafs fans when they play in all the other Canadian cities and Detroit too - and that has been with the Leafs being a lousy hockey the last 6 years. This season they're not bad and getting better.
