Good idea! Why don't you email the webmaster at the University of Wisconsin and ask them to re-post the link to the picture of the runner with his penis hanging out of his shorts in their online gallery pages. I'm sure they'll do it right away -- it was probably just an oversight that they removed it in the first place. wink
