I've been a big Bill Belichick fan since his days with the Giants and then the Jets. He's incredibly rugged and handsome. Why when I think of him now "coaching" Drew Bledsoe....

Ted, your fantasies of Bill and Drew are going to have include a lovers' quarrel now. I didn't see Bledsoe's press conference yesterday when he supposedly was HOPPING mad at Belichik, but it's been all the talk of sports radio. The former starting QB claims he was told he'd have a chance to compete for the job when he got healthy again, but he's gotten ZERO snaps in practices. Yeah, he's pretty steamed.
Oh yeah, the topic was Hot Coaches ... Jon Gruden is my pick by a country mile. I can't believe he's an NFL head coach and he's two years younger than I am!

the coach of the Phoenix Suns is Scott Skiles. He's got a slight comb-over thing going on, but I forgive him for it. There's something about him I realllly like. I'd post the NBA info on him but the picture doesn't do him justice. (I'll post one when I find one I can; unless anyone else has got one?)

Their former coach, Paul Westphal, was quite tasty and Colorado Avs coach Bob Hartley isn't too shabby.

Dave Wannstedt and Bill Cowher. I would give a year's salary to see those two get it on. And then I'd sell the videotape for $59.99 (parts of me included).

I don't see Bill Cowher as attractive at all. His mouth and lips look odd. The mouth is real wide but there's no lips.

Couldn't agree more about Wannstedt. I've had a thing for him since he was with the Bears. I also like Greg Schiano, the head coach at Rutgers. An absolutely pitiful team, but a real hot man roaming the sidelines.

For me, it's all about Steve Lavin, UCLA Bruin basketball. Okay, so he can't sit still. And so he sweats half his body weight in a single game. And so his hair might break off in high winds. To me, he is THE man.

I know this thread has been all about "Big Four" (football, baseball, basketball, hockey) coaches, but my nomination for hottest coach has gotta be Mike Sell, Monica Seles's coach for the last 8 months. They showed a lot of shots of Mike anxiously watching Monica's match tonight, and the guy is just gorgeous. Great legs, too.
Man, I want a tennis lesson with THAT GUY!

I have way too many coaches to put in here, but I do have to put in a hockey coach. I don't follow hockey at all, so I don't even know what team coaches. But I always thought Marc Crawford was pretty cute. He just ahd this loolk about him.
Also have to name Jim Tillette from Samford University. He coached me in high school and was very good looking with a body to die for...and yes I had seen it. I'll see him sometimes on tv during the NCAA tourney and it looks like his hasn't aged at all

what "au.." said about hating Oakland but finding Gruden hot had me in stitches. is your spleen ok dude?
anyway, I agree Steve Mariucci, Gruden, Bill Cowhim and Dave Wannstedt are all hot. I was gonna say Billy Donovan but somebody beat me to the punch.
Man I can't believe somebody scoped out Mike Sell too. He is a hottie. He played for Georgia.
Can't believe nobody has mentioned my future ex-husband, Rick Pitino. Coach of the University of Louisville basketball team. very very hot.

The men on the field/courts are not the only eye candy for me. Some coaches are HOT in their own way. Maybe one day we'll have locker room interviews with the coaches in only a towel.

I'm bringing back this classic thread because for two Sundays in a row, I can't stop thinking about him -- the Vikings Mike Tice.
If I saw him on the street or in a bar, I'm not even sure I'd notice. But there's something about the way he looks on the sidelines -- it makes me growl at the TV every time.

I have to agree about John Gruden being really hot. Especially the story about him asking Rob Johnson to show him his abs to see how hard Rob had been working out.
Another one that I don't think anyone has mentioned is Washington head football coach Rick Neuheisel. There is something about him that is quite attractive to me.
Not the best picture of Rick but you get the ideaAbove I was just testing the link since I am fairly new to this board. I hope it works.

Damn I can't believe that I forgot about Gator basketball coach Billy Donovan(I guess because I am so engrossed in Football Season). Billy is one fine coach and when Tedy Dupay was still playing I had many a fantasy about the two of them hooking up on road trips.

I agree with comments about Gruden and Neuheisel, but you've missed out on the hottest: Mark Richt of the Georgia Bulldugs football team.
He's reason alone to watch the games, not to mention all the other players around him and how he talks to them.

Found these quotes from Coach Gruden and his stud QB Rob Johnson about each other -- LOL!
GRUDEN ON ROB JOHNSON:
When Gruden looks at Johnson, 29, it's not hard to imagine he sees a quarterback just like Gannon: a big, mobile, accurate passer who never has been surrounded by a great system or talent.
"I like him because he's 6 feet 4, he's 218 pounds, he's athletic, he's got a quick, strong, accurate arm," Gruden said. "He's a (61) percent passer and he's young. As far as I'm concerned, those are real interesting qualities. And he's an experienced starter in the NFL. That's exciting to work with."
ROB JOHNSON ON GRUDEN:
"He's intense," Johnson said of Gruden. "I mean, he likes to have a good time. But he's going to jump your a** if you make a mistake. I like that stuff."

There was a great moment Monday night when the commentators were talking about some piece of paper Gruden was holding in his hand. So the camera attempted to zoom in on it, but seemed to miss it's mark and instead provided about a five second crotch shot of Gruden. Nice.

Pitching coach Bud Black of the Anaheim Angels looks sexy as heck in this photo with two of the pitchers for the A's.
Reminds me of the main characters in an erotic baseball novel called \"Hardball\"There was a lot more detail in a black and white photo in the NYTimes sport page (oct 2 issue) where I first saw it. Al Levine on the left is the personification of the main character, coach Black looks even better than the manager I imagined, and Jarrod Washburn could easily be the main character's 'love' interest.
