My choices for top All-American eye-candy, based on a combination of brains, brawn, beauty and success in the tournament would be Clayton Hanson and Rashad McCants. I don't think I could choose between the two.

Shoots well even off-balance, squaring he's even better

With those eyes almost to the side of his head, he must have good peripheral vision

Good height for playing defense in the NBA (listed 6' 5\", probably 6' 4\")

Long upper body, could have good wind - a necessity in hoops

Not afraid to play defense, even though he's a good scorer

Scrapy hustler, can't ask for more

Rashad McCants

Attitude, a little guy (listed 6' 4\" but closer to 6' 3\" ) needs it to stay in the NBA

But he will have to get control of that temper, looks too much like a steroid rager

Fearless going to the middle against anyone

Keeps his focus against big guys, probably sizes them up subconciously

Don't know how good his foul shooting is, but he could get fouled a lot at his size, in the middle

Thanks eddiecat. I went back and looked up who made the "sex on legs" comment about Redick. It was RolenLover earlier in this thread (Feb. 4, 2005). Credit where credit's due.

Another good description would be "poise under pressure" or maybe "poetry in motion" since he likes to write it. Dude is a lightening rod.

Hope he holds up this year and maintains a record free throw percentage pace. Wont be easy.

Redick is definitely a feast for the eyes no matter what anyone calls him.

JJ Redick's Temple of Doom is the son of the first African-American player at LSU.

Small consolation for JJ as his career at Duke comes to a close I suppose.

But Redick has probably done more to make the game of basketball popular than an advertisement.

I didn't see his name until after I saw him and all I read were the first four letters.

While I'm satsified with the teams coming to Indy from a competition and human interest standpoint,I am extremely disappointed in terms of hotness factor.Lee is an exception,but even so this UF team is a ghost of that hot team from 2000 that featured Miller,Dupay and my personal favorite Brett Nelson.Not sure I'll take the time and effort to drive up to Indy for the open practice.


Where is SIU when I need them?Oh well,at least Shaw,Mullins and the rest of the Salukis are coming to AH to play the Hoosiers next year.

Even being the total bottom that I am, I can still

Unfortunately,the logistics are going to make a trip to Indy on Fri very difficult.I went to watch my man Bru and the Hawkeyes last year,and tried to take some pics with my new binoc camera.
I felt a little conspicuous and tried to be sly,but when I got home all I got were a bunch of blurry images.

As far as more pics of Mullins,if you follow the links on one of the pics-first back to album,and then from that page go to the back to Hoosierbossfans pics,it will take you to my work in progress that I started last year.If you've got the time,I'm sure you can find some enjoyable shots among the 30 or so albums that are there.

I know this is a poll from last year, but I looovee JJ Redick. He can be my back court partner anytime. My new favorite NBA team will be the one he is on. Two other guys who are hot: Lee Humphrey and Chris Quinn. But Reddick is super hot!!!
