Yes. In 1975, I had the opportunity to be a contestant on "Password Plus" and won over $18,000 with Patty Duke (then Astin) as my partner. She was extremely nice, spending commercial breaks talking with contestants rather than the other celebrity, Nipsey Russell.

Sorry to horn in on the discussion here about Patty Duke, but what about her son, Sean Astin!!?? Is he hot or what!! I would love to go on an adventure with him as my sidekick! He has been great in the Lord of the Rings movies and now I want to see more of him (literally as well as figuratively).

Looking back over his movies, I was startled to discover that he starred in "Rudy," my second favorite sports movie after "Hoosiers." Guess I now will have to add that DVD to my collection and watch that movie much more carefully!
