Manny is actually in Japan along with Vernon Wells and a MLB All-Star team playing the Japanese league All-Stars in an exhibition series in Tokyo, Fukuoka, Osaka, Sapporo and Nagoya.

Nice to see Cesar Izturis get some recognition, but do you think the pitcher's gold glove should just be renamed the "Greg Maddux Award?" A bonus is that with Jim Edmonds getting his well-deserved 7th gold glove, sports shows will showcase of some of his catches--with his fine butt featured prominently. Shallow, shallow, shallow.
