Tonight, on Channel 9 in Minneapolis, they are talking about the most famous movie producer in from Minnesota that no hetersexual knows ... ChiChi LaRue.

IN case, you don't know who Ms. LaRue is, she is a porn producer and director. I would say the names of some of the movies, but I'll leave that up to you.

I've met her a few times. I'm not that impressed, but I am impressed that she has done quite well w/ herself.

I'll be watching tonight it tonight and see how many people get grossed out and disgusted by it. (Of course, I won't since porn doesn't faze me.)

By the way ... she will be visiting my neck of the woods in December to the Saloon and Rainbow Road, the gay store I work at.

One of my friends met ChiChi LaRue some years back. He said she was a very nice person and even suggested that he should get into "films." Hmmm. That would have been interesting.

Okay, I thought you guys would actually jump on this. I know it isn't sports, but I know that some of you have seen Chi Chi's work. Hell, I have many times. I even know the names of porn stars. You kinda have to when you work at a gay video/ gift store.

I did watch the news article about Chi Chi and it was good. Obviously, there is more to her story than what they said (working @ Rainbow Road and the Saloon in the Twin Cities does help ). It was pretty fascinating that porn is a $14 billion enterprise. Completely fascinating to me. Possibly in the near future, porn may make more $$ than regular movies since porn's profits make their $$ back in weeks or days rather than years.

I've been asked to do a porn video, but I declined. I would rather work in PR in the adult entertainment business than in front of the camera. That looks more entertaining to me.
