Hia Wade, Do you go to Braves games? I move out of Atlanta in 93, used to love going to the games I was wondering what Turner field is like. I hope to fly there next year and go to a game

But it was a great play! so is a play note worthy only if the team you are a fan of makes it?

Listen p2...
PF doesnt park his booty infront of the tv to watch every baseball game. Let alone the ever-underachieving braves... and their less than passionate non caring fans.
I'll watch the phillies when they are on tv.. but 16,000 games are really hard to follow in a baseball season...

HA, PhillyFan I agree with the under achivement part, the fans are like fans everywhere,, some of us go to the games if they are 10+ games under 500 others don't go unless the have clinched the divison...

p2, the Ted as it's affectionatelty called is a beautiful stadium with the feel of an old time stadium. It's very accessable, and lots to see around the inside of the park.
As for the fans being apethetic, this year they are more excited and into games than in many years. I think it's because we were not expecting much with the revamping of the pitching staff. The fans really get into the games now, especially late innings since the Braves have shown they can come back late then send in Smoltz to shut the door. Attendance has been steady this year, but I don't know the numbers.
