Mr. Moral High Ground is accused of being up to some real shenanigans. He seems to know how everybody else should act but if you believe these latest charges, he may be a rapist as well. And even if he didn't force these women to do anything, he ahs admitted to consensual sex with the first woman who has accused him of drugging her and forcing himself on her. So that's at least two extramarital affairs this paragon of virtue has owned up to.
Hey, Hey, Hey!!! What would Fat Albert Say!!!

George, this second accuser doesn't have a case.
1.
Too late says DA:
QUOTE
Generally, an accusation from over 30 years ago is not going to be considered admissible in court or relevant to an investigation,\" said Risa Vetri Ferman, an assistant district attorney in Montgomery County, Pa.
Ferman was referring to 57-year-old California lawyer Tamara Green's assertion that Cosby put the moves on her three decades ago after giving her two knockout pills.
2. And she
lacks credibility:
QUOTE
Last year, Green was hit with a 13-count bar-association complaint for allegedly skipping town on three clients in 2001 and 2002, according to records obtained by The Post.
Her case was referred to the California bar's \"Program for Respondents with Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health Issues\" in October, the group confirmed.
According to the documents, Green allegedly left while owing a client $20,000; didn't show up for a trial, causing her client's lawsuit to be dismissed; and accepted $1,000 to represent a man in a child-support fight, but never filed a motion.
Green could not be reached last night for comment on her professional woes.
That's not to say the original accuser doesn't have a case. But this Green person doesn't.

Oh I agree Tom. And I'm not sure the first woman has much of a case either. But Cosby did admit to having an affair with the first woman. And let's not forget the child he fathered with that other mistress that was revealed several years ago. This guy runs around telling people how they should live, has made a fortune off of books like "Fatherhood", slams movies like "Booty Call" all while carrying on like this. I just love to see these overinflated moral hypocrites brought down to size.

yeah, he can be a tool sometimes.
After Cosby criticized 'The Osbournes' 1-2 years back, Sharon O was quick to retort that he ought not criticize anyone else until he gets his own house in order. Good for her!

She's not looking to make a case. She only came forward because she thought the other woman's story was being dismissed too easily.
This is the interview she gave initially. QUOTE
Three friends, including an estranged second husband, confirmed that Green had told them about the alleged drugging and groping many times over the last 30 years. The husband, Ben Housouer, an attorney, said Green \"is not a bulls----er\" and wouldn't lie.

If she meant to help the first woman's case, she should have come clean about her apparent lack of credibility--and I don't mean the fact that it's 30 years old.
Did she really think Cosby's lawyers, and the newspapers wouldn't be able to uncover that she has/had substance abuse and/or mental health issues? And that this would color her story?
There's nothing in that first interview about the fact that she's a deadbeat lawyer who stole from her clients and left them hanging. She's a lawyer; she should have known that her own problems with the law would come out and would discredit anything valid she may possibly have to say.
In the end, her coming forth does more harm than good. Now everyone knows that she's a deadbeat with problems, and they can discredit anything she has to say. She should have anticipated this. The idea that she just wants to help is a crock. If she wanted to help, she would have come clean about her own problems, been truthful and forthright, instead of leaving it for others to find out.

Unless you're Mother Theresa, all of us would have "credibility" issues if thrust upon the national scene. I love how people add 2 and 2 and get 7 all the time. Assuming all these things about her are true does not equal that she's lying about the Cosby thing.

I don't think TomFord is saying she is definitely lying; just that if the first accuser is looking for additional witnesses to back her claim, this second woman is not exactly the best source. Kind of like how the current kid charging Michael Jackson would be better off without help from Corey Feldman, who is a worse witness than Bubbles the Chimp.

Exactly!
And I love how you managed to use Corey Feldman and Bubbles to make the point.

As is usually the case in these situations, up to 3 more women are reportedly ready to come forward with similar accusations.
No wonder he hated the movie Booty Call. He probably thought it was an unauthorized biography.

After seeing the woman who accused Cosby of doing something 30 or so years ago (Greene?... I can't remember her full name) on CNN, one thing is clear to me. She's a nut. I wouldn't believe a thing that came out of her mouth.

No charges will be filed against Bill Cosby, the district attorney said today. Not really surprising.

Yeah not surprising. Disappointing though. Be nice to see this arrogant hypocrite get brought down a few pegs. While obviously we don't know if this really happened we know he is an adulterer so hopefully now after being exposed as such for a second time (that we know of anyway!) he will shut his yap and stop telling everybody else how to live their lives. I'm sure there will be a civil case.
