What web sites do you guys visit for information on working out routines, muscular ailments, or whatever? Could we share some of this information here? Some of us spend a lot of time working with computers, and web sites are more useful than mags.
I'm far from a bodybuilder, but besides sports I do weights, aerobics, and yoga. I have my own favorite sites, which I'm willing to share, but don't want to post them on this first posting for fear of being accused of starting a thread for propaganda purposes!

Hey, Tom. I wouldn't mind hearing what your favorite sites are. I used to like one called getfit.com...it was pretty cool, but I think it was a dot.bomb victim. Haven't realy found a site I like since then. Most of them seem like their supplement "store" is the focus of the website. Have a good one...

Hi Kansas,
The two that I have consulted most often are: http://www.exrx.net/
a great site, especially the Weight Training Pages, with good exercises for each muscle, anatomy, and workout suggestions, completely free and no membership required, and, for muscle pulls and the like, not great but ok, http://sportsmedicine.about.com/
but you have to join About.com, free of course.
I'm still looking for a good Yoga site, one that's mostly exercise, balance, and stretching, without the spirituality stuff, which doesn't interest me.

Mensfitness and menshealth both have sites and you can actually get workout routines. You can even pay a small fee and they will tailor and track your workout progress. Much less expensive than some p.t. in the gym
