Lately I've seen a few different photos (USA Today, Sun-Times) of MLB players dressed in outrageous drag outfits as part of their teams 'Rookie Hazing'. The pictures I've seen have been a hoot. I tried to look up more on line, but this is all I've come up with (Cincy Reds):
