OK, I admit it. I'm curious about trying this stuff. Can anyone share their experience with it, good and bad?

I think it does work for extremely intense workouts where you push yourself to the limit. I've used it to my advantage for lifting, my roommate had some in the powder before and it seems like it gives you enough strength to do like a couple more reps or like 5 more pounds, but if your just gonna do an average workout I wouldnt use it. Now the only time I use it is in that Sobe Power Drink. I wouldnt reccommend going out and buying it in pills or powder form.

If you decide to try this stuff it would probably be wise to avoid overheating or dehydrating situations, like long sauna sessions. I've long suspected that the sudden outbreak a few years back (96?) of wrestlers dying while cutting weight was related to the sudden popularity of some new chemical, probably this one. I have no proof of this, no first-hand experience, no solid medical information, but I do know that wrestlers have been cutting weight for decades with never a problem, then all of a sudden there were several deaths, so going easy on the sauna is probably not an unreasonable precaution to take until such time as there is better information available.
