I got my US Open tix this morning! Yee-haa!!! I'm going Monday-Thursday of the first week all day sessions. I always have a blast wandering the outer courts on the prowl for new talent. Its the most wonderful time of the year!

But they don't make it easy to get the tix. I had my phone, my rommates phone and a cell phone dialing and redialing til I finally got through. And then they charge you a $6 service charge PER TICKET! But since I take a week's vacation, I justify it that way.

I just tried calling after reading George's post. Apparently, the sale is only good for 3-5yr or lifetime USTA members. Players with 1 year memberships are eligible to call on 4/21...fyi
