Venus won Best Female Athlete and Best Female Tennis Player. I wonder who will win those awards next year...

Believe it or not, ESPN is running an ESPY Best Dressed Poll. Serena Williams is in second place. She looked pretty diesel if you ask me...

I think I found a subtle way to define "diesel"

To say that an individual is "diesel" suggests that person sparks, or even "fuels", a sexual desire or interest.

I'm pretty damn gay, but I think Serena looks Hot in that Versace gown, so I said she looked pretty diesel.

For me? I always kinda liked Gigi Fernandez, if you could get past the mustache and the girlfriend. I'm pretty sure Serena would be WAAAAAY to loud for me, not to mention overpowering. Daniilidou has a great Mediterranian look, but is a little too young. So I'll go with Paula Suarez. Great smile & not too tall.

I'm glad you clarified that BMan...I wasn't familiar with the term and my instinctive associations with diesel--greasy, oily, foul-smelling--weren't very flattering to Serena.

Is it a term that's only used for women, or is it also appropriate for men?

I am not sure there is a female tennis player that I would get that into. I have never done the woman thing, but I do think there are three women who would be interesting to think about getting together with:

1) Ms. Vanessa (so Rick Fox might beat my ass -- he also might join in which would be oh so fine)
2) Sela Ward (she is a babe)
3) Linda Barker (British designer from "Changing Rooms")

If I had to pick a tennis player -- geez -- I am not sure. I do have to say that I think I would really love Lindsay, though she is not the hottest. Serena is definitely a hottie, but does not do much for me. Kournikova is a big no though.
