I'm not sure there are better pics of Martina somewhere else but you could try contacting her fan club, if she has one, perhaps through her website, and see if they can send you hard copies of her photos...

Martina and Liezl Huber won the doubles title at the pre-french Open tourney in Strasbourg today (yahoo!), so maybe there are some good, current photos of her on the tourney website.

Just go to Google and do a search for Martina Navratilova on Images. I'm sure there will be tons to choose from
