Which proud lunkhead was that waving his beer bottle to the "Star-Spangled Banner" at the beginning of the Illinois-LSU game?

I believe he was paying homage to "the amber waves of grain."

He was wearing LSU colors. Makes me remember the World Series at Yankee Stadium when someone went on a little diatribe about Yankee fans drinking beer during the national anthem and insisted it could only happen in NY. I think this shows there are oafs in every stadium in every part of the country. Much to all of our collective chagrin.

The tune for the National Anthem is an old English drinking song... so it seems oddly appropriate to swill while some "singer" is trying to hit Francis Scott's key... (sorry, I couldn't resist!)
