Our Eastern Washington Eagles take on Sam Houston State tomorrow afternoon from what is going to be a very snowy Cheney football field. Woo-Hoo!!! They are predicting anywhere from 6 inches to a foot of snow to start falling tonight locally, and all day tomorrow night. Can't wait! Go Eags!!!! And welcome to Spokane Sam Houston State. Bring your shovels! eek!

Anyhow, I'm sorry Eastern Washington's out of their race too.

The greater Philadelphia area isn't known for being a college football hotbed, but we had four area teams in the playoffs. Only Rowan (Div. III) is still alive...Delaware Valley (which Rowan beat last week), West Chester, and Delaware (Div. 1-AA) also played well enough to get in.

So all I'll say now is...Go Profs!

Which team is the Poofs?

Montana generates great small college footbal teams as well. In NAIA schools, Carroll College will be playing in their 3rd straight championship game going for a 3-peat as National Champions!! The University of Montana hosts Sam Houston State this weekend in a semi-final match-up. The Griz lost the earlier game this year at Sam Houston. I'm not sure what the weather is supposed to be like in Missoula this weekend, but the Griz should be able to come away with the win and advance to the finals!! Go GRIZ!!!

Go Griz! Loved watching the game (TV) last week. Transplanted Montanan here, ya know! Craig Ochs ain't bad either!
